You will not be charged until we're finished with your session. We don't take your money until we have finished our job. Look for an invoice in your email up to a few days after completion and you'll have the option to pay online or mail a check. Intuit charges will be reflected on your payment statement. For those of you who would like a paper bill, let us know and we will be happy to send one in the mail.
You do not have to be home at the time of our visits but feel free to let us know if you'd like to be there. We do not knock on doors or call on the way, unless requested. Our highly trained agents will thoroughly inspect your specified areas of concern. Our office team will make highly detailed notes for specific or hard to find mole activity for the agent to read at the time of our visit.
Routes are made the day ahead of visit due to the number of calls we receive throughout the week so we have found that appointments are not practical as agents may service up to 30 yards per day.
