We know our customers have very busy lives and we like to keep you up to date on how your session is going. We do not ask or require that our customers be present at visits so this is our way of keeping you informed. You will receive one of these notices in an email after our agent makes a visit to your property. Our office staff is happy to make detailed notes for the agent to review before each visit. These notes will make the agent aware of hard to spot mole activity especially on larger properties, other bits of info such as irrigation or buried pet fencing and all other concerns. Always feel free to reach out by phone or email with any questions or concerns you may have. We want to make things as easy as possible for our customers!

Stop Service Notice
We have stopped service because we believe all moles have been trapped. Neighboring moles could move in at any time so keep an eye out for any new activity and don't hesitate to call and we will return ASAP. The best advice we can give is to not let the moles retake the lawn. Also if you have new activity within two weeks of our decision to stop service then the initial visit to reset traps is free. But remember if you call us back with no moles to be caught then the free visit will be void and you'll be charged your rate. We have stopped service because there has been no activity since traps have been set. This is not unusual and could change at any moment. So, continue to keep an eye out for new activity. There could be many reasons why the mole came and left but the only thing we know for certain is that it is not currently in your lawn.

Freezing Temps Notice
With the temperatures close to or below freezing it is possible that we may let the traps we’ve set in your lawn sit for several weeks before checking them. We do this because mole activity is quite slower this time of year and we want to give the moles plenty of time to find a trap. So don’t be surprised if we do not show up to check traps on a regular schedule.
