Thank you very much for always being so helpful- ever since the first time we spoke on the phone after we first moved into our home in November 2020. Having lived in big cities for most of my life, I had no experience dealing with moles until we moved to Louisville. I very much  appreciated that you took the time to explain each step and answer all  my questions. I would like to thank your team for being so responsive and accommodating to schedule the initial and follow-up visits to check on mole activity to address the problem before it became a bigger issue. Your experience and approachability is invaluable, and I have told several friends in Louisville about you, your transparent and fair business model, and your excellent team. 

Moleliminator is the best company. They came in, set traps without disturbing anything or anyone. They trapped moles, came back twice to check on things, took out half of the traps. They came back the next week and removed the rest of them. They came and went so quickly and quietly that even my dog didn't know they were here. Love them...very  reasonable prices and no more moles!!! 

I couldn’t agree more with the review from March. Earl is fantastic, has studied moles, got moles at four houses in my neighborhood. Honest honest honest. That is a great quality. He won’t do the service once tunnels are inactive. He is a good teacher, speaks to you very professionally, and shows up when he says, and returns phone calls. Any business could learn from his practices. Thanks Earl!   

We live in suburbia and have never had moles before. I researched them and found that home methods involve finding active tunnels. Tried figuring that out and put poison in selected spots. What a waste of time and $$. A neighbor told me about this company. They were out the next day, and came weekly when there was a lot of activity, then every other week a couple of times to make sure. Very reasonable prices, very responsive, genuine at getting the job done at the least expense. You don’t have to pay until they are completely done. They did a great job and I will not hesitate to call again if any more moles show up. 

Molelinator was very prompt in following up with my messages and their business model is very consumer friendly. We had an increasing problem with mole tunnels in our yard. I sent a message to Moleliminator which was followed up on a few days later. We visited on the phone and agreed  to subscribe to their service. One day, I arrived home and saw a bunch of flags in the yard, which marked locations of traps they set. There  was a nice note on the door explaining what they had done and when they would return. A couple of weeks later, another note was on the door  advising they had caught a number of moles and had reset the traps. A couple of weeks later, we got another note saying that they had not seen sufficient new tunneling nor had they caught any additional moles to justify continued service. We will, obviously, have to wait to see if the moles return, but if they do, we only have to let Moleliminator know and they will return. Their pricing is reasonable, they are responsible in how they run their business, and very respectful of their customers. All in all, I recommend giving them a try. 

 Being new to the area, I have never had to deal with moles….
After watching my front yard be upended…. I figured out what was going on… Moles.. after a little more research I knew that I needed professional help and that is when I called the Moleliminators. And boy am I glad I did….
I called and promptly received an email explaining their service. Once agreeing to the terms, within a few days, they showed up and placed  traps.
They came out to my house once a week, removed the captured moles, moved  or reset the traps until they determined there was no new mole  activity.
It has been several weeks and no more destroyed front yard. I will use them every time I need moles removed.
